Plain English again. This is a small site run by one person and the terms should be readable in two minutes.

What you are buying

A single processed file, produced from a file you supply. One payment, one job. There is no subscription, no licence to manage and nothing that renews. Once you have downloaded your file, the transaction is finished.

What you are responsible for

• Having the right to the file you upload. Your own chats, your own photos, your own documents — or something you are otherwise entitled to process. I have no way to check this and I am taking your word for it.
• Checking the output. The free preview exists so you can. If the result is wrong, say so before you rely on it for something that matters.
• Complying with the law where you are. Recording consent rules, data protection duties and what may be submitted to a court all vary by country and I cannot advise on any of them.

What I do not claim

These are formatting and conversion tools. They arrange information you already have into a more usable shape. They do not verify that anything is true, complete or admissible anywhere.

Specifically, nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, tax or immigration advice, and no document produced here is certified, notarised or authenticated by anyone. Where a tool touches a regulated situation, the page says so.

Things I will not process

I will refuse, and refund, any job that appears to involve fabricating a document to deceive somebody — invented receipts, forged payslips, falsified records. Reformatting a real document is the entire service; manufacturing a fake one is not something I will help with.

Availability

This is run by one person. It may go down, and tools may be added or removed without notice. If a tool disappears while you were relying on it, email me and I will run your job by hand.

Liability

If something goes wrong, my responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid for that job. I cannot be responsible for downstream consequences of a document you chose to use somewhere — a missed deadline, a rejected application, a case that went badly. Keep your original files; these tools never modify or delete your originals.
